No Interest Payment Plans

1. 3, 6, and 12 month plan options
2. No interest when the balance is paid within the specified time period
3. Low minimum monthly payments

Extended Payment Plans

1. 24, 36, 48, and 60 month plan options
2. For treatment fees from $1,000 to more than $25,000
3. 9.9% interest rate
4. Payments as low as $25 on a $1,000 treatment fee
