The Soft Tissue Surgery service seeks nothing less than giving pets with health problems a better life. We perform general surgery, abdominal and thoracic procedures, cancer surgery, reconstructive surgery, and wound management. The Soft Tissue Surgery Service treats pets needing surgery for ear, nose and throat, thoracic, cardiac, gastrointestinal, respiratory, and urogenital diseases. We also treat animals requiring plastic and reconstructive procedures secondary to trauma, congenital diseases, or cancer. Minimally invasive treatment with laparoscopy and thoracoscopy is utilized whenever appropriate.
